I am sharing a revised version of the Nile Project 1 report. It is still a draft, being reviewed. But it reflects corrections, additions, edits etc that we are aware of at this point (it has not been reviewed yet by Tadele, he is doing that now). Perhaps just as important, it also now includes a draft Summary of Conclusions and Recommendations. Please send your comments ASAP as we must soon finalize this paper.
